Services
We provide epoxy flooring, concrete coating, polishing, and related home and commercial improvement services in Palm Beach County, Florida. All work is performed by or under the supervision of Kelo's Home Improvement Services LLC.
Estimates & quotes
Quotes are based on the information you provide and a site assessment. Final pricing may change if site conditions, scope, materials, or substrate prep requirements differ from what was originally evaluated. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Scheduling, deposits & payment
- A deposit may be required to reserve your installation date.
- Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled start may forfeit the deposit.
- Past-due balances may incur late fees as permitted by Florida law.
Site access & preparation
You agree to provide safe, clear access to the work area, including water and electricity where reasonably required. Personal items must be removed from the work area prior to our arrival unless we have agreed otherwise.
Workmanship warranty
We stand behind our installations. Specific warranty terms (coverage and duration) are provided in your written project agreement. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, harsh chemicals, impact, moisture intrusion from outside the coating system, or pre-existing substrate conditions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kelo's Home Improvement Services LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our website or services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
